Shipping policy
Carriers
For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS & USPS First Class with tracking.
For International orders, we use UPS or USPS, both use the equivalent First Class International service. Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.

Other Info
- Tracking is available for all USA Domestic orders
- Family Love Tree does not cover items that are lost or stolen if the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier.
- Family Love Tree will cover any items lost in transit if the package hasn't been marked as delivered by the carrier
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days after the order is placed.
Shipment: Once the orders are fulfilled, shipment takes 2-5 business days via USPS.
CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellations are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team at support@vibaxa.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item. We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE AND WHO WILL BEAR THE RETURN COST?
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase.
A return label will be initiated at no cost to you, once we receive your return we will initiate a full amount refund.
